Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. ("HYMH") is committed to maintaining the security and resilience of our products, services, websites, and digital systems. 
  
We welcome reports from security researchers, customers, dealers, partners, and members of the public who believe they have identified a cybersecurity vulnerability affecting a HYMH product, application, website, cloud service, or other digital element. 
  
This vulnerability reporting process has been established to support our cybersecurity obligations and coordinated vulnerability disclosure practices, including compliance with applicable requirements under Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 (Cyber Resilience Act). 
  
Please fill in the following form so we can further review the "found" vulnerability. 

In Scope

  • Software and firmware running on our forklifts and related equipment
  • Telematics modules, connectivity features, and over‑the‑air update mechanisms
  • Companion mobile or desktop applications used to configure or monitor equipment
  • APIs or cloud services that communicate directly with the equipment

Out of Scope

  • Physical tampering, hardware modification, or destructive testing
  • Safety‑critical functions tested on active or loaded equipment
  • Any testing that could cause unsafe operation, equipment damage, or risk to people
  • Third‑party systems we do not own or operate
  • Social engineering, physical access attacks, or denial‑of‑service attempts

Use of Information Submitted

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that the information you provide may be reviewed and shared with authorized personnel, cybersecurity specialists, product engineering teams, dealers, subsidiaries, service providers, and other parties as necessary to investigate, validate, mitigate, and remediate the reported cybersecurity vulnerability.

HYMH will use the information provided solely for vulnerability management, product security, incident response, regulatory compliance, and communications related to your report. Please do not include sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to describe the vulnerability.
