What if you could boost productivity, reduce avoidable damage, and maximise uptime in your lift truck operation? With a real-time view of truck and operator utilisation from Yale Vision®, you can. And now, wireless monitoring is included as standard.
Yale Vision is a wireless lift truck fleet management tool designed to help materials handling operations teams to work smarter, with real-time data providing a thorough look into a fleet’s day-to-day operations.
What are the benefits of Yale Wireless Monitoring?
Wireless Monitoring is an ideal tool keeping track of lift truck utilisation... It can be used to monitor impacts as well as diagnostic trouble codes. You can also schedule and track preventative maintenance, better understand your total cost of operations, and know the truck's location at a site.
With this information, operations managers can gain valuable insights to help right-size their fleets. Furthermore, you can optimise workflow and help boost productivity by analysing operator efficiency and equipment with real time data. The impact detection function may also help to reduce avoidable damage through accurate impact monitoring and real-time alerts.
GPS gives full visibility into the location of your fleet, activity at your site, and where truck impacts are occurring at your facility. Uptime can be maximised with diagnostics of the engine, transmission, hydraulic and electronic functions.
Yale Vision® Wireless Monitoring is one of four levels of telemetry offered by Yale Vision. It will become a standard feature on all Class 1,2,4 and 5 trucks. Standardisation of telemetry has been rolled out across Yale trucks, starting with the High Capacity Trucks and, more recently, with the Yale® Series N trucks. Wireless Monitoring allows access to a wide range of interactive dashboards, available on a computer, phone or tablet via an App.
Telemetry options to suit your lift truck operation
There are four levels of Yale Vision, to suit your specific application needs.
- Wireless View - A low-cost telemetry solution, Wireless View provides an accurate view of truck activity hours and GPS location. This can support maintenance planning to reduce the time and money spent on over servicing equipment measured by time intervals.
- Wireless Monitoring - Wireless Monitoring offers comprehensive monitoring to help support optimised lift truck utilisation, equipment diagnostics, safety notifications, visibility, and impact detection.
- Wireless Access - In addition to what is offered from Level 1 Wireless Monitoring, the Wireless Access helps to monitor usage and impacts, by operator, with a proximity card reader. It gives controlled access to materials handling equipment and gives an insight into who is causing avoidable damage at your site. This may help to encourage proper and safe lift truck operation. A truck inactivity shutdown function can also help to conserve energy.
- Wireless Verification - Featuring all the same functions as Level 1 and level 2, Wireless Verification adds the ability to perform mandatory pre-use inspections, without using a pen and paper. It also provides operators with visual insights, such as operator access, utilisation metrics, shutdown countdowns and the truck speed.
