Abstract
Labor, safety and productivity challenges have compelled warehouses to accelerate their timeline for adopting automated lift trucks, as what was once thought of as an opportunity for the future has become essential for today’s operations.
Modern automated lift trucks can spare operations the investment of installing fixed infrastructure, but implementation still comes with many questions around ease of adoption and integration, cost and ROI, and reliability. As facilities fast-track autonomous forklift adoption, careful preparation can smooth the path to successful implementation.
