(HYMH) announces that Tina Goodwin, Senior Director, Customer Success, has been named a Trailblazer in the Women in Supply Chain awards, presented by industry publications Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Food Logistics. The recognition honors Goodwin's 30-year career of advancing customer-focused innovation and driving operational excellence across the business through leadership roles spanning product development, financial services, fleet management and customer success.

In her current role, Goodwin has been instrumental in improving operational efficiency, accelerating lift truck deliveries and strengthening coordination between customers, dealers and internal teams, enhancing the customer experience while driving measurable gains in overall performance. She has achieved this success through several notable efforts, including helping to establish equipment readiness centers that enable lift truck units for large customers to be configured, inspected and shipped directly to their facilities, improving delivery speed and providing greater visibility throughout the fulfilment process. Additionally, she recently launched an entirely new department, which includes a customer relationship center, and serves as a centralized point of contact for dealers and end users seeking issue resolution and operational support. This tremendous resource is central to the company’s mission and reinforces its commitment to providing exceptional customer care.
Beyond her customer successes leadership, Goodwin is also a co-founder of the HYMH W4i Women’s Network, which she helped establish after recognizing the need for stronger support and development opportunities for women across the company. As one of the organization’s original leaders, she helped build the foundation for a program that continues to foster growth, mentorship and connection.
Looking ahead, Goodwin plans to accelerate aftersales growth, leverage emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence to further enhance service experiences for customers and dealers worldwide, and expand the customer relationship center into a global initiative — a huge undertaking.
