Yale offers a lineup of internal combustion counterbalance forklifts with cushion or pneumatic tires in a comprehensive range of load capacities and sizes. Counterbalance forklifts, which get their name from the heavy weight built into the rear of the truck to offset the load that is lifted at the front, are practical, powerful pieces of material handling equipment. Engineered to be operator-friendly and easy to maintain, Yale internal combustion cushion tire forklifts are a strong match for ventilated indoor high-capacity applications, while the pneumatic tire forklifts provide options for outdoor applications. These forklifts can also be outfitted with various attachments for specific load-handling applications.

The lineup ranges in capacity from 3,000 to 36,000 pounds and includes liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and diesel options.
